✦ PROCESSING TIMES:

Processing or turnaround time is the amount of time it takes to make your order prior to shipping. Due to all items being handmade and hand processed, the turnaround time is at 10 business days currently, and the website will always be up to date with current processing times.

All of our candles are hand poured and processed, as well as our hand curated and packaged oils. We want to ensure your package arrives safely and ready to bring you more magic to your life!

✦ SHIPPING:

We ship with USPS priority flat rate shipping. This allows us to offer you the most affordable shipping options!

✦ DAMAGES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item/items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and handle it as quickly as possible.

For any damages due to shipping, please contact us. We will require photos of the damage including the shipping box with the label. A claim will be opened with USPS from there.

✦ REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the product, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns and all sales are final. If we make an error in your order (like sending the wrong candle, for example), we will do our best to make sure it's corrected. Because of the handmade, and occasionally one of a kind or limited edition nature of our products, once your order is placed through or system, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. Coupon codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied after your purchase.

Unfortunately, we can not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, we don't have control over how USPS handles the package. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours to correct it.

✦ COUPON CODES

At times, you may receive a coupon code from us! Please note that these coupon codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other codes. Orders cannot be canceled in order to apply coupon codes. For sale coupon codes, free shipping codes, or other offers, the code must be applied at the time of checkout. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

✦ CANDLE SAFETY

Candles are one of our favorite things too - but we always want to emphatically encourage you to take the following safety precautions:

Only burn candles when you are in the room, and don't ever fall asleep with candles lit.

Keep your candle lighters, or matches in a safe and contained area away from small hands and humans.

Keep an eye on your candles surroundings, and ensure that a quick gust won’t light your curtains on fire.

Candle glass can get hot - be sure to set your candle on a surface that won’t be damaged by the heat. (not sure- better safe than sorry!)

Please be sure to trim your wick, and keep your candle tidy.

Not only will this help your candle burn more evenly and last longer, but it will help lower your risk of a safety incident. And with that, never burn a candle for more than four hours at a time. After four hours, carefully extinguish the candle, let it cool, and trim the wick as needed before lighting again.
